Kemsurf EM30

Kemsurf EM30 is an anionic surfactant based on lauryl + 30EO sulphate, supplied as the sodium salt. This APE‑free alcohol ether sulphate provides effective foaming, detergency, dispersion, and emulsification properties, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial applications.

The product offers excellent formulation versatility and is widely used as a foam stabiliser in liquid detergents, a primary detergent and foaming agent in industrial and institutional cleaning products, and as a dispersing agent in speciality formulations.

Kemsurf EM30 is particularly effective in emulsion polymerisation systems, where it is commonly used as a performance replacement for nonylphenol ether sulphates. It provides reliable emulsification and latex stability across a range of polymer chemistries and is especially suitable for acrylic, styrene‑acrylic, and vinyl acetate systems.
