Discover the SOUNDS FOOD project, where ultrasonic cleaning technology and Lankem's BioLoop bio-based surfactants are helping reduce water, energy and chemical use in food and beverage cleaning applications.

This study explores how different dispersants influence the quality and stability of aqueous titanium dioxide dispersions. Comparing a market‑standard polyacrylate with Lankem’s Lansperse SPA and DS80, results show significant improvements in particle size, viscosity control, and storage stability—especially with the high‑performing Lansperse DS80.

Following a laboratory study by Lankem into the performance of bio-based dispersants in aqueous dispersions of titanium dioxide pigment, two products were shown to give excellent performance in comparison to a conventional sodium polyacrylate dispersant.
