Product Category: Nonionics

Sorbitan Tri Oleate

INCI Name: Sorbitan Trioleate

Quick Links

Lansurf STO is a nonionic surfactant based on Sorbitan Trioleate, designed for use as a highly effective low‑HLB emulsifier in oil‑rich and hydrophobic formulations. It provides excellent compatibility with oils, waxes, and hydrophobic systems and can be used alone or in combination with ethoxylated sorbitan esters such as Lansurf STO85 to create stable emulsions.

This material is extremely hydrophobic, offering strong emulsification capability in water‑in‑oil systems and enhancing hydrophobic properties in a wide range of industrial, household, cosmetic, and agricultural formulations. It is also readily biodegradable, making it suitable for environmentally conscious product development.
