Kemsurf EM9

Kemsurf EM9 is an anionic surfactant based on sodium laureth sulphate (high ethoxylation), supplied as an aqueous solution. It provides effective detergency, wetting, and emulsification, making it suitable for a broad range of industrial and cleaning formulations.
 

Kemsurf EM9 delivers reliable foaming performance and good surface activity, enabling efficient removal of oily, particulate, and hydrophobic soils. Its chemical structure offers good stability in a range of formulation conditions, supporting consistent performance in both domestic and industrial applications.
 

The product is compatible with a wide range of surfactant systems and is particularly suited to applications requiring effective emulsification and cleaning performance combined with manageable foam characteristics. It performs well in mildly alkaline environments but, as with other ether sulphates, may hydrolyse under strongly acidic conditions.
