Product Category: Coatings Additives

BioLoop dispersing agent for yellow UV and LED cured systems

Quick Links

Dispersing agents are used extensively in the coatings industry to help disperse solid particles into a liquid medium.

Lansperse UV86 has a strong anchoring group that helps to attach it to the pigment substrate. The molecule is structured in a way that helps to provide good steric hindrance resulting in excellent dispersion stability and low flocculation.

The product is classified as a nonionic surfactant produced by the synthesis of two soyabean hydrophobes that are connected with a unique BioLoop derived from molasses. This molecule has additional hydrophilic tails to help improve the affinity with UV oligomers and monomers.

What sets this dispersing agent apart from others is that no synergist is required for the production of yellow dispersions and inks.
